How PLOX works

No more guessing.

With PLOX, every lounger has a clear status. Guests check in, staff see real availability, and unused loungers can return to the pool deck fairly.

Step 01

Guest checks in

The guest taps the PLOX wristband at the lounger. From that moment, the lounger can be used by that guest.

Step 02

Status becomes visible

The lounger clearly shows whether it is occupied or available. Guests and staff no longer need to guess based on towels or belongings.

Step 03

45 minutes of use

The checked-in lounger remains active for 45 minutes. If the guest is at the lounger, there is no issue, because the lounger is visibly occupied.

Step 04

Still swimming? Tap again

If the guest is in the pool or away briefly and wants to keep the lounger longer, the guest simply checks in again at the same lounger.

Step 05

Unused loungers return to available

If the guest has not been present for more than 45 minutes and does not check in again, the lounger becomes visibly available.

Step 06

Fair use is restored

Even if towels or belongings are still on the lounger, another guest may carefully move them aside and use the available lounger.
